Current Order Shipping

All orders are scheduled to ship in mid-2026. You will receive email notifications with tracking information once your order ships.

• Orders are shipped in the order they are received
• Estimated delivery: Mid-2026 (exact date TBD based on production)
• You will be notified via email when your order enters production
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• Customers may cancel for a full refund before the order has shipped

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Economical option with tracking
• Express Shipping: Faster delivery with full tracking (where available)

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

• Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
• Customs fees vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority
• We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order
• Orders may be held at customs until duties are paid. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

EU Customers: All applicable VAT is included in the displayed price. No additional customs fees apply for deliveries within the EU.

Order Processing

For in-stock items:

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Danish public holidays

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Outbound Shipments (To You)

If your package is lost or damaged during transit to you:

• Damaged items: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Faulty products can be replaced or refunded within this period.
• Lost packages: Any damages due to shipment must be presented to the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company.

Return Shipments (From You)

For packages you are returning to us:

• Lost return packages: We will not compensate for products that have been lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
• Return condition: Products must be returned exactly as received – in perfect, unused condition and original packaging. Failure to return the product in its original condition may result in no refund.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
